Walk and Talk with Jess

A guided walk with Jess (Community Activator; Wellbeing Õpuke) – an opportunity to meet new people, walk, talk and learn a bit more about Wellbeing Õpuke beginnings and vision for the future.
5 ways to wellbeing talks of connecting, giving, being active as well as taking notice and keeping learning.  On this walk we will tick all these boxes to have you recognise ways to improve your own wellbeing while enjoying the outdoors and connecting with nature.

Approximately 6km walk suitable for all ages and abilities, well-formed track wide enough for pushchairs.
